Cp-e makes 60s so go for them but I don't think the motor mounts or engine movement caused the runner to break. Just good ol' heat. cp-e makes motor mounts in 2 strengths, 50 and 60. E85 is like cheap race gas! should gain an easy 30-40 HP with E85, I fallow Dardan tuning, he tunes all my Honda setups, but he tunes all platforms as well as remote tunes, He created the Ape flex fuel kit! and he does lots of tuning and all his engine setups that come in from Corvettes to LS swapped dune buggy's make great gains converting to flex fuel!
